نجمع فقط ما يلزم لتشغيل التطبيق وتقديم خطتك. جميع البيانات تُدخلها أنت بنفسك — لا نجمع أي شيء في الخلفية دون علمك.

لا نبيع بياناتك. نشاركها فقط مع مزوّدي خدمة يعملون بالنيابة عنّا وبعقود تُلزمهم بحمايتها:
قد نفصح عن البيانات إذا طُلب منّا نظاماً بأمر من جهة مختصة في المملكة.
تُحفظ بياناتك على خوادم سحابية آمنة مع تشفيرها أثناء النقل وفي حالة السكون، وتُطبَّق قواعد عزل صارمة (Row Level Security) تمنع أي مستخدم من الوصول لبيانات غيره.
نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك قائماً. عند حذف الحساب تُحذف بياناتك الشخصية خلال 30 يوماً، عدا سجلات المعاملات المالية التي قد يلزم الاحتفاظ بها للمدة النظامية المقررة، وسجل تدقيق مجهول الهوية يثبت تنفيذ طلب الحذف.
نستجيب لطلباتك خلال 30 يوماً من التحقق من هويتك.
التطبيق مخصص لمن أعمارهم 18 عاماً فأكثر، ولا نجمع بيانات ممن هم دون ذلك عن قصد. إذا علمنا بجمع بيانات قاصر، نحذفها فوراً.
د كاف أداة لتنظيم العادات والصيام المتقطع، وليس بديلاً عن الاستشارة الطبية ولا يقدّم تشخيصاً أو علاجاً. استشر طبيبك قبل بدء أي نظام صيام أو تغذية، خصوصاً إن كنت حاملاً أو مرضعاً أو مصاباً بالسكري أو أمراض القلب أو الكلى أو اضطرابات الأكل، أو تتناول أدوية بانتظام.
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسنُعلمك بأي تغيير جوهري داخل التطبيق قبل سريانه. استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد التحديث يعني قبولك النسخة المحدّثة.

We collect only what is needed to run the app and generate your plan. All data is entered by you — nothing is collected silently in the background.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers acting on our behalf under contracts that require them to protect it:
We may disclose data where legally required by a competent authority in Saudi Arabia.
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers, encrypted in transit and at rest, with strict Row Level Security isolation preventing any user from accessing another user's data.
We keep your data while your account is active. On account deletion, your personal data is deleted within 30 days, except financial transaction records that may be retained for the statutory period, and an anonymised audit entry evidencing that the deletion request was executed.
We respond within 30 days of verifying your identity.
The app is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger; if we learn we have, we delete it immediately.
Dcaf is a habit and intermittent-fasting tracking tool. It is not a substitute for medical advice and does not provide diagnosis or treatment. Consult your doctor before starting any fasting or nutrition regimen — especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have diabetes, heart or kidney disease, an eating disorder, or take regular medication.
We may update this policy and will notify you in-app of material changes before they take effect. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised version.
